Board-Certified Radiation Oncologist

Specializing in breast, genitourinary, poly-metastatic, and central nervous system cancers.

Dr. Abhirami Hallock is a board-certified radiation oncologist with a distinguished career at the intersection of advanced clinical care, departmental leadership, and healthcare law. Her practice is built on a singular commitment: increasing access to the most advanced radiation treatments for every patient — regardless of where they live.

Dr. Hallock earned her Doctor of Medicine from McMaster University and completed her residency training in radiation oncology at the University of Western Ontario, where she also served as chief resident. She subsequently completed fellowship training in the treatment of brain tumors and holds specialization certificates in both GammaKnife radiosurgery and SBRT for spine — two of the most technically demanding sub-specialties in radiation oncology.

Her academic foundation extends beyond medicine. Dr. Hallock holds a Master of Health Law from Osgoode Hall Law School — a credential that informs her approach to healthcare system design, patient rights, and the regulatory landscape of oncology practice. She also holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors from McMaster University.

In 2013, Dr. Hallock joined the Niagara Health Walker Family Cancer Centre as a staff radiation oncologist. She was subsequently appointed Medical Head of the Department of Radiation Oncology, a position she held for six years — leading clinical operations, quality assurance, access initiatives, and physician leadership for an entire regional cancer program.

Every patient deserves access to the best radiation technology available — not just those who live near a major academic center. Atlas Radiation Medicine exists to close that gap for Western New York.

Advanced Care. Community Setting.

Atlas Radiation Medicine was founded on a simple premise: patients in southern Erie County should not have to choose between the best technology and a care experience that feels human.

Hospital systems deliver extraordinary clinical resources. They were not, however, designed with convenience or personal connection in mind — long waits, rotating providers, and logistical complexity can add stress on top of an already difficult diagnosis.

We built Atlas to eliminate that trade-off. State-of-the-art technology. Direct physician access. A consult-to-simulation timeline measured in days, not weeks.
